Time Certificate of Deposits²

- California, Nevada and Hawaii: $2,500
- New York, New Jersey and Illinois: $1,000
- Terms: 7 days or more (vary by region)
- Interest Features: Fixed rate¹.
- 7-29 Day: Interest will be compounded and credited at maturity.
- 30 Day or more: Interest will be compounded and credited monthly.
- Interest penalties apply to premature withdrawals.
Option Rate Certificate of Deposits²,³
Lock in a fixed rate with the flexibility to choose the term that fits your future.
- Minimum Opening Deposit:
- California, Nevada, New York, New Jersey and Hawaii: $2,500
- Illinois: $1,000
- Terms: 24 month, 36 months or 48 months
- Interest Features: Fixed rate¹. Interest will be compounded and credited monthly.
- Interest penalties apply to premature withdrawals.
Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA)²
Plan for retirement with tax-advantaged savings that compound over time.
- Minimum Opening Deposit:
- California, Nevada, and Hawaii: $2,500
- New York, New Jersey, and Illinois: $1,000
- Terms: 12 months or 18 months
- Interest Features: Fixed rate¹. Interest will be compounded and credited monthly.
- Interest penalties apply to premature withdrawals.
Asset Utilization Certificate of Deposits²
Requirement for Asset Utilization mortgage loan:
- Minimum Opening Deposit: $2,500
- Terms: 13 months or 25 months
- Interest Features: Fixed rate¹. Interest will be compounded and credited monthly.
- Interest penalties apply to premature withdrawals⁴.
1 Interest will be compounded and credited to the account monthly. Early withdrawal penalties and fees may reduce earnings on the account.
2 For a 7-29 day term, the penalty is accrued interest, or 7 days’ simple interest, whichever is greater. For 30-day to 1 year term, the early withdrawal penalty is 30 days’ simple interest. For terms over 1 year, the early withdrawal penalty is 90 days’ simple interest. For an automatically renewing certificate of deposit account, the grace period is 10 days after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty.
3 Option Rate Certificate of Deposit allows a one-time annual percentage yield adjustment during the initial term by either option:
- Option 1: Increase the annual percentage yield, keep maturity date.
- Option 2: Increase the annual percentage yield, extend maturity date, and add additional funds (if desired).
4 For Asset Utilization (AU) Certificate of Deposit 13 month term, the early withdrawal penalty is 13 months’ simple interest. For 25 month, the early withdrawal penalty is 25 months’ simple interest. The CD account does not renew. Your certificate of deposit will mature on the date listed on the disclosure provided at account opening.
