In partnership with the American Red Cross, Royal Business Bank hosted a Blood Drive. Thirty of RBB employees generously donated blood for the American Red Cross!

Royal Business Bank coordinated a Toy Drive with community partner Asian Pacific Community Fund to help provide holiday cheer to children in need during the Holidays.

ChiPs for Kids is an annual Christmas Toy Drive for low income children. Royal Business Bank was able to donate $1,000 worth of gift cards. With these gift cards, these

low-income families will be able to buy even more gifts on Holiday Season!

During Holiday season, Royal Business Bank sponsored 5 LMI families by providing $1,000 in gift cards. Community partner IDEAL CDC provided a wish list for each family, with our support they will be able to cross everything off their list!

Mona Fontela, CRA Officer of the bank, was awarded with the Corporate Partner Award presented by IDEAL.

Community partner IDEAL CDC, hosted their Annual Transforming Our Community Gala, where the CRA Team and members of the Monterey Park Branch also attended. IDEAL CDC provides families and individuals training, assistance and services in the areas such as, affordable housing, financial capability, economic development, immigration, family counseling and youth development.

Banking on Your Success is a 6-week Business Education program hosted by COR CDC. At the end of the program participants present their business ideas in the Perfect Pitch Competition. Mona Fontela, CRA Officer, was invited by COR CDC to be a panel judge for the competition.

Free Health Clinic

Community Partner, Wealth by Health, organized a Free Health Clinic on November, 20th. Isaac Pleitez and Randy Maroun, CRA Team, volunteered at this event which offered services for medical, dental, eastern medicine, and vaccinations to severallow-income families and individuals!

In partnership with IDEAL CDC. RBB hosted a food drive to help feed low-income families and provide them with a Thanksgiving Meal. It is because of employees' generous and kind donation, we were able to prepare 202 Food Bags for families in need during the Thanksgiving Holiday!

On Thursday, October 13, the CRA team and Erick Grier, SVP/Chief Information Officer and Oasis Board member, were invited to Oasis' 10th Anniversary Illumination Gala. Oasis' mission is to positively impact underserved youth through replicable arts mentoring initiatives and to enhance the skills of local artists through community engagement.

Shark Tank

Santee Highschool

On Wednesday, October 26, Royal Business Bank hosted a field trip for 11th and 12th grade students from Santee Education Complex. Student were able to learn about various aspects of banking such as mortgage loans, credit, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).

Students came up with a product and had to develop a logo, business plan, and marketing strategy. They then had to present their idea in front of four judges who gave them feedback.

National Diversity Coalition

Economic Development & Empowerment Summit

On Friday, October 28th, the CRA Team, attended an all day conference hosted by community partner National Diversity Coalition. Several discussions on topics ranging from the Metaverse, Cryptocurrency, and Homeownership to name a few.

On Friday, October 28th, several RBB employees, attended Chinatown Service Center's 51st Anniversary Gala. CSC's Mission is to provide outstanding services and advocacy that promote better quality of life and equal opportunity for immigrants and other communities.

RBB donated 6 chromebooks to low-income students supporting programs with COR CDC and Latino Coalition.
